I honestly don't know why some people trick and scam other people.. We have a bunch of scammers in Brazil, they call you and pretend to be a member of your family, telling you that they've kidnapped your son or your daughter for example.. in order to get your money. It really bothers me too. One day they've tried to trick me but I immediately realized that it was a scam because they've told me that they had kidnapped my daughter but I don't even have kids lol, crazy! Thanks for making this lesson about the topic scam, words, expressions and phrasal verbs we use to describe it.
A burglary is when someone robs a house or building. It is a specific crime. Robbery and theft are more general terms meaning someone takes something that isn't theirs. Robbery usually involves forcing someone to give you something. Theft can happen without the victim there. 😎🌿🌳
Thank you so much for this useful lesson, Mr. Bob! 🙏Recently, scammers have been calling as if from a bank, others as if from the police or from a doctor. In any case, the scammers want to make us nervous and make a decision in their favor. To be honest, I thought that such situations were typical only for our country.😉 It seems that scammers act the same in any country. Be careful! Have a good week!
I faced the scammer in your comment section of some videos. At the first moment I thought it was real but later I realised it is fake☹️. Anyway thanks for those english materials✌
My awesome teacher just made an English lesson out of the scam comments he keeps getting on his channel. If that’s not enough proof that he’s the real deal, I don’t know what is! You know, I always keep an eye on his most recent community posts because that’s where scammers usually appear, and I’ve given him a heads-up many times in the past, but the idea of doing a video about it just never crossed my mind! Oh, Mr. Bob! Your brain is wired in a very unique way. You were born to be a teacher! 👨🏼🏫🥰

These types of scammers are all over social media and they tend to offer too good to be true promises lol 😂🤣🤣. Thank you for this lesson Sensei Bob. Clear as crystal. Love the way to explain things.Keep it up sir.

It is necessary to toughen the criminal liability for fraud. These people love to earn in this way. In Russia in 1990, a lot of financial fraud schemes appeared. A lot of people gave them money expecting that over time they would receive large money. But the money was never returned. Thanks for your work!

That's why I don't think someone who pretent to be you can scam people who know you. So have peace of mind. 😇🌞👍 By the way, I hate scammers too. I wish there were no bad people. But then I remind myself that this isn't possible, that the bad are also a part of this world, that we can understand the value of the good with the existence of the bad, that if we lose our peace and our comfort due to evil, we will try to seek the truth and that we will not be able to evolve without finding the truth. As a result, I think, in this world where people are simply divided into good or bad, it is up to us to choose to be good or bad. I hope we all choose to always be good in life and I hope we always meet the good. 👊😎 Have a great day! Love from İstanbul, bye...👋😊🍪☕👨🏫🧢🚜❤️
