I'm really initializing my journey in English, but when other teachers indicate Bob in fact there is something special. So, thanks Jo (Cambly, Canadian too) and of course Bob for your amazing
I love the part where you talk about why you don't like wearing a tie, Bob. Especially the sound of your voice when you hold your two top shirt buttons together is worth a thousand words 😉, but I have to admit that I don't like wearing one either. (I also prefer the free space on the neck.) Anyways, I think I've now caught up on everything I missed on Friday ❤. Thanks Bob for the great lesson and if you're reading this Vitor a big thank you again for passing on my greetings to Bob. (That was really nice of you.) I wish you a wonderful Sunday Bob, and remember to take a break between grading. 😘🚶♂️🛋
"Pull over" and "pull in" are not interchangeable. They have different meanings: Pull over means to move your vehicle to the side of the road and stop. It’s often used when you need to stop for a short time, such as for a traffic stop or emergency. Pull in means to drive into a space or area, like pulling into a driveway, parking spot, or gas station. So, they are used in different contexts.
thank you for the useful lesson teacher, i am going to work abroad next year, so i must study english online to get at least ielts 5.0, i like your lesson very much,
❤📙🖍🙋🍁Dear Teacher Bob the Canadian! Good morning and thank you for let me know"Don't let me Down" because I'll not "give up" or "Broke this class up" from me. Greetings early in the morning in Brazil for your family too.🙋💚
Well, mister over there, actually I've thought a couple of times that my English doesn't seem to be much better these days, so would it be time to give up learning it now ? I'm at a loss about that ! Should I quit or should I go on learning ? But, Mr. Bob mentioned it loud and clear, that is, "Since you've spent so much time already learning it, you have no reason to think of whether you give up or not, just keep at it or just do the best you can even more than ever before !" ; hence, I've decided to cut that thought out and then to go on hoping that anyways, I will definitely make it, or I'll manage to get there in the end, come hell or high water 💦 ! As a matter of fact, if I did stop learning it, it seems that I can't forget those lots of years that I've spent learning English .... 😅🥲😔😱🥶😓😞
Thank you very much for this and other lessons. Very good lesson as well as other once🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 you are the very good teacher as you share not only with information, but with your attitude and you ability and intention to explain things in a way everyone understand and enrich their knowledge of the language is precious
Hi there! I really enjoyed your lesson on phrasal verbs. They can be quite tricky to master in English. Could you perhaps explain how the context of a sentence affects the meaning of a phrasal verb? Thanks for the great content! 😊📚
Thanks Bob as always! Can you create a youtube lesson on the ways to effectively use Chat GPT for EFL students like myself? That would be of a great help!
Thanks a lot about your English lesson My amazing teacher keep up the good work i have been learning more from you i was gonna show up when i heard that my girlfriend got caught by the Congolese soldiers but i was said not to bounce cos the police were a lot ❤😂
Very good video! 😊 The meaning of "to break down" originates from the German "zusammen brechen" (brechen = to break) which is similar to collapse. A person who "bricht zusammen", usually falls on the ground, so they 'break down'. This was taken over for engines. Fun fact: in German, a car does not break down, it has a "Panne" (= technical trouble). 😊 Yes, we differ between technical and personal troubles. 😂
I've already had more than 50 phrasal verbs in my vocabulary. Do you know, how many phrasal verbs are in English? Do subscribers know this information? In my opinion, this topic is so important. Americans and Canadians use them a lot.
Please make more and more if you don't mind.😊 We can't shy away from learning Phrase Verbs. I really appreciate you, Bob 😁🌨️🎧
