Can I chase the Weymouth Rib boat with my drone?

- I set up my drone and attempt to chase the Weymouth Rib boat.
Did I manage to do it?
Well, not really, The Rib boat was way too far out for me to chase with my drone, but I did have fun, and I do follow the rib for a little while at full zoom.
Thumbnail pic of the Rib isn't taken by my drone. Unable to find the person who took it to credit them. Found on "We are Weymouth".
Equipment I use:
DJI Osmo pocket 3
DJI Mini 2 drone
Davinci Resolve software
Good attempt 👍. I took the same boat to Durdle Door with the love of my life in Aug 2021. We both love visiting Weymouth 😍
Ahhh thank you. It was so far out. Saying that, I have booked to go on it this Sunday, so stay tuned for another (and hopefully much better) video.

Great video again👍 , i have the Mini 3 and have done similar to you it's funny how things in the distance can be much further than we first think they are, if you get any "Drone police" spouting you went BVLOS, just ignore them, or say the video was edited and you flew from another boat lol.
Lol, their word against mine. What's the worst that can happen, it falls into the sea, which would be my loss. I have a strobe on it which helps with seeing it.
@@livinginweymouth Well said 👍, it comes down to common sense and near zero risk involved, i have flown out to one of the anchored ships to get some great footage.
