The equations are added and the arrow mark is considered as ( = ) mark so CO² and 2H²O are present on both LHS and RHS hence they cancel each other out

Ma'am mere ko standard equation pata hi nahi tha. To mene 2 se multiply nahi kiya. Aur sidha eq 1 ko reverse karke sab ke sath add kar diya. Phir answer aaya
C + H2 +H2O-------------> CH3OH Delta H aaya 726-393-286 = +47 KJ/mol
