Remember the during the original animation Alice's eyes turn into a violent red color and somehow summoning spikes and turn her right arm into like a claw thing. I think she might have been possessed by the Tiara and necklace since she did have a violent reaction when Claire went into her room. And then during the end, she literally looks completely different. Like a literal demon. However I think the only reason why Oliver it's because Alice still recognize him as a friend and not someone who's trying to anger her. Or that's my best guess.
Maybe when lana was running,she was trying to find the symbols that both Alice and Mrs grace have and maybe alice is possessed by a demon or something and teh teacher are starting to noticed about the students including Claire mental health and health problem about how tired or are having issues and have a good day/night/afternoon/evening and take care.
Alice is the only one that's not in black and white. Perhaps they're afraid of a being of creativity that took her over.

The symbol on Alice is also scattered around the school so mabye Lana was trying to figure out what it means so that’s why she died
