People who preached about self-love should take a look at themselves and take their own advices. Why is it that many women only learned and preached about self-love AFTER they got plastic surgery?
I preach about self love and I have never had plastic surgery!!! Wish I had the money but you don’t need surgery to love yourself.
What she meant is that she didn’t remembered to love herself and care for herself….She focused on her husband and kids like many Hmong women are taught to do…and next thing she knew she was overweight and ugly with a husband who insulted her and cheated on her. Having plastic surgery is also part of self love. Sometimes diet and exercise alone is not sufficient. I have extra skin from my pregnancies that I can’t shed no matter what I do. I would love to have a tummy tuck, if I could afford it and weren’t so scared 😂. Some of us were not blessed with good skin or great metabolism. And thats the truth!

I don't know about other men but for some men like myself, if I know her beauty is achieved through lots of makeup and plastic surgery, it's a major turn off. I prefer natural. Don’t wait until you are 40+ because it gets harder. By then, you chose plastic surgery as a shortcut. No one can prevent aging, but you can slow it down by eating healthier, building muscle, and staying active. Plastic surgery doesn’t slow down aging, but temporary covering the problem. Much like hiding your mess in the closet instead of actually cleaning up the mess.
