Thank you both for sharing, always lovely to watch all your wonderful videos. Sad this one didn’t go to plan, we’ve all had days like this, keep smiling, keep well, stay safe. 🇮🇲🇮🇲 xx
You do make us laugh ( not in a nasty way) when you go somewhere and it’s shut on the day you are there. It’s happened to us a few times too. Never mind, keep the vlogs coming we love them 👍🏻🚍 🐶 🐶
I visited Elgin a few years ago, while on holiday at Nairn Lochloy Holiday Park. It’s a nice place with a lovely old ruined Abbey. It was nice to visit it again with you Bob and Jenny. The whole area is well worth visiting.Your two dogs are adorable. I am looking forward to joining you for the rest of your travels. Your videos are always very interesting.
Hi bob Jenny, poppy and Tara, another beautiful scenic video,I suffer with osteoarthritis so cannot walk far so your vids feel like I am travelling with you, thank you for your great vids, take care🐺😊😊
Had a few trips up in that neck of the woods as my son was stationed in the RAF up there. We stayed at Silversands near Lossiemouth, beautiful beach, lighthouse etc. You knew when the tornadoes were taking off though!! We love the Moray Firth. Most things close in October in Scotland and parking was difficult for us in a tag axle!! Not easy when you have a couple of dogs in tow either. We had lots of days like yours!! All part of the fun!!!
Bob, the Buccaneer bomber at the petrol station in Elgin has been sold to new owners so your lucky to see it. It is being relocated to the Scottish deer centre near Cupar in Fife. This area was our hone 1993- 1998 and we loved it there. You might like a look at Pluscarden Abbey. Its just so peaceful there.
Hi both, aah a shame the dolphin centre was closed, however, looked a lovely place to visit, Poppy loves being the leader, shame about Elgin too, i couldn’t believe those traffic lights, I suppose these things happen, chin up x
Enjoyed this one, we went to the Dolphin 🐬 centre in August. You have to look out to Sea and hopefully you will see the Dolphins jumping. Which we were lucky enough to do.
My camper van is only 6m long - nipped over to Bamburgh and ended up having to ask the Bamburgh Golf Club if it would be OK to park outside their clubhouse for an hour to take dog (Hamish) for a run.... Thankfully they agreed as they were quiet - all beach car parks had height barriers etc etc. UK needs to get a grip and get on with accommodating the needs of vans and motorhomes, who no doubt help a great deal with local economies (moan over ;o))....)
Love Poppy taking the role of walk leader, shame about the parking and closed attractions, I suppose this happens out of the main holiday season. Take care and thank you both.
The Motor Museum is owned by the same people as Decora, in fact the owner spends more time in the museum than he did in the store. Shame you couldn't park in Lossie Green car park as that is the biggest car park in Elgin. It is also not far away from the museum and probably within walking distance to the Cathedral too. But it is easy for me to say as i live locally. Sorry I missed you on Thursday. Spey bay is a great place to watch the birds, the aurora when you can see it but haven't managed to see a dolphin there yet. Ha ha.. Hope you enjoyed your visit to our wee bit of Scotland.
Thank you for a nice tour of these areas... when you talked about the ice house, not light house, it was nice for the clarification. Some times in a few of the other vlogs I watch, the accents in the U.K., makes for a rerun to understand what is being said. I find yours clearer then some. We are in the U.K., Canada😊
Hi Bob & Jenny , been there loads of times & always stay @ Silversands Covsea (Lossiemouth) beautiful . Poppy probably smells the rabbits hence why she’s running eratically 😂. Enjoy & thanks

Never mind, the best made plans. You had fun away. Lovely views.

Thanks, it was one of those double take moments. Did I just see a jet in that Petrol station!?
Nice drive, I enjoy flat land. Spey Bay now on my bucket list. Canines and cows don't always mix!
Better luck next time folks!

I think things go in threes Bob and Jenny 😁But enjoyed the video 🚐
Well you certainly had no luck that day. I live here and know how you travelled LOL
