How to Hone a Small Engine Cylinder

This is a brief explanation and demonstration of how to deglaze and hone a small engine cylinder to remove minor scratches and scuffing, and to restore a swirl pattern of scratches to hold lubricating oil. It is incapable of repairing or restoring deep scratches or score marks resulting from poor oiling or seizing.
