Oh my goodness, I have to get one of those Ninja Creami machines! In addition to being healthy with the protein powder, the ice cream would be perfect right now with our temps in the south that have been above the 100 degree heat index! Crystal it is 7:00 pm here in Florida and I just got home from babysitting my 2 grandchildren (9-7). Makes my heart so happy to have special time with them. However, I’m late getting home so it takes me longer to get on RUclips. Listening to Charlie howl when someone was playing the piano😂. Thanks for sharing recipes I do miss that part of your content. Hi Crystal! Thanks for taking the time to actually show how to make the ice cream. I bought a Ninja when they went on a great sale but haven't even had the time to open the box. So with only 2 days of my vacation left, maybe I can get to making some ice cream! Tee hee
I think I would use chocolate pudding, not a vanilla kinda person. Looks tasty! Charlie should go on America's Got Talent! LOL He's a character!

I remember you miss placing those labels and searching high and low! I actually just ordered your labels through your Amazon link and they arrived yesterday, I’m so excited! I don’t have a drawer to put my spice jars in so need to figure out another way of organizing them. Also, I shared your beam link with my dad who has trouble sleeping and he ordered the sugar-free option. He seems to be enjoying it so far. Love the videos!

Tip: make pancakes, let them cook, freeze. When ready you can serve pop in the toaster.
Love all your videos. You mentioned today was your long run day 5 miles! Would you mind sharing on what you do the other days and if you take a rest day. I try to get 10,000 steps and usually do 3 miles on the treadmill everyday.

I have my spices in a drawer too. Out of sight but not in those glass jars. Thats too much work! I just keep them in the container they come in. Have you ever used melatonin gummies for sleep? They really work!
