  • In this video I share teachings on the Yoga Sutras, 2.16: Pain that has not yet come can be avoided." The key point is to not identify with the body/mind as self. This is compatible with the Buddha's teachings on the 5 remembrances: old age, sickness, death, impermanence, and karma.
    I then go on to share a typical Integral Yoga class with warm ups, sun salutations, back strengthening exercises, forward folds, twists, and deep relaxation.
