    This is a great video! I only came across it because I found your videos relating to Obsidian which is still pretty niche in RUclips. Glad this stack worked well for you. Would you say any item worked better for you in your day to day thinking about the habit when you first woke up? For example, the dislike of having to tell people you failed might have motivated you more in the moment then trying to commit to two minutes?

      Thanks for your kind words. I have worked out I am a creature of habit and like morning routines so new habits start there. I have tried sharing my goals and failures but has never motivated me that much.
