Isn’t a 4 hour eating window too little time? Normally people fast for 16 hours and eat for 8. You can eat your last meal of the day at 8pm, fast for the night, sleep, wake up at 8am and wait another 4 hours to have your first meal of the day at 12pm. Eating earlier in the day helps to kickstart your metabolism for the day. Ultimately while doing intermittent fasting the key is to eat low carb meals and keep a calorie deficit. Actually youre already very beautiful, you don’t need to lose weight and your curves are very pretty. i know you want to lose weight for health and to keep fit but whats most important is that you feel good about it and you’re happy with yourself, achieving the little milestones along your weight loss and health journey. Always remember confidence is what makes a girl beautiful and always always prioritize your mental health over looks. ❤❤❤
I agree with you. This is why people don’t succeed on IF bc they go to extreme lengths. Loosing weight should also be enjoyable and not too restrictive. I do 16/8 h IF and it’s quite easy with two meals and a snack and low carb foods.
