    I love this plane just 3 flights on mine and I am addicted so much I bought the F2G super corsair, and the durafly old crow built by FMS with the lights like the F2G. Great Review, You sold me on RocHobby, and FMS. I am a first year pilot thse birds are a challenge but fly great.

      I'm a first year pilot too and I have a question. Do you think the racers from rochobby would be good practice for edf jets? I only have a few ultra micros, a large glider, and the eflite p-51. I would like to get into edf jets someday

      Well I have crashed my Voo Doo, and my E-flite Dallas doll, so I am back to flying my slower parkzone t-28, and durafly old crow. and working on my skills with trainers yet. EDF isn't on my agenda for a while.

    @ 6;36 it sounded like a big rig as the retracts were coming out for the landing, was there an air leak in the system?

    Take a look at my video of the plane that has been modified with a Tacon Bigfoot 10 1100kv motor with a 10X10 prop and 4s 3300mah pack. It makes it an even more fun to fly bird!!

      the motor that comes with this plane is bigger than a .15 !

      @gooniac33 10 лет назад

      kevin brooks Yeah but stock motor is lower kv. Higher KV makes is perform a lot better with a 2 blade! It screams!!

      gooniac33 well,yes and no. if you take 2 of the same size motors,one with a 800kv and the other 1300kv,the higher kv motor will need a lower pitch prop than the low kv motor,and you will get about the same speed and power out of them.

      kevin brooks I am not stating an untested theory here. It has been done! We fly them now! 1100kv motors with 10x10 props... what you speak of is called pitch speed. You can get high pitch speed with high pitch and low rpm. Or got low pitch high rpm. Or a combo of the 2. This plane loves the 1100kv set up on 4s!

      gooniac33 yes ,that is pretty much what i was saying,lower kv motors use higher pitch props to get the same speeds of higher kv motors with lower pitch props.

    imagine this with a 2 blade prop!

      the cool thing is that i tried a 12x6, a 13x6.5, and a 14x7 (all 2 bladed) with a watt meter. none of them even came close to the stock prop as far as watts go! and with the 14x7, there was only about 1 cm ground clearance with the tail in the air( like on takeoff!
