Hi Dawn, we can schedule that for you as early as this week. Just hop on over to our site and complete the form so we can contact you directly and set it up with the owners! Here’s a quick link: 👉 owninecuador.com/brisasdelmar
We expect direct flights to begin soon but we can’t say exactly. The ministry of transportation is waiting to see how sales go on the first international routes through Panama before making their next move. You can rest assured we will be on top of that story though so please be sure to subscribe to our channel and hit the notification bell 🔔 if you haven’t yet!
If there is only one thing missing on this property is the presence of beach sands on front. How great it woud be if it say imported sand on its front and put a divider to keep the sand not flow out similar to the ones they have in Mantahost and El Navegante. Here they can put the divider 2 condos from its right facing the beach (just beforet the first vacant lot).
Sounds as if you’re thinking like an investor should! Getting the permits for something like that would not be difficult with our help. That’s for sure. Love the ideas! Keep ‘em coming!
Hola Christopher. Yes, $5K is the monthly rent being collected at Brisas Del Mar. However, it's important to note that the property has not ever been rented before. The owners lived in it with their family and staff and only recently did they decide to rent it out based on our advisement. They are doing it themselves only to test the waters, so to speak. Once they decided to list it for rent, the interest was high and they had no problems finding renters at the price point of $2,500 per unit. Based on comps, we are sure that $2,500 is the low end of what these units could rent for. Also important to note is that only 2 of the 3 apartments are rented as the ground floor suite is being renovated. Meaning that once completed, and with the property being properly managed, $10,000 per month is not unlikely. Additionally, there are more structures on the property that make it an excellent space for private events. And finally, there is plenty of space on the property to construct additional accommodations, including the ability to build another floor up. Brisas Del Mar is located in a secluded part of town with plenty of parking space and a closed circuit security system making it ideal for exclusive events. Hope that helps! If you have any other questions, please shoot us an email at sales@owninecuador.com so we can answer them for you. Gracias!
manta ecuador is not there yet dont compare to dominican republic, beach is not the same, first of all crime is at all time high, there are limited attraction for families in manta, food is great, but manta will not be an attraction until more international flights start flying in, crime is reduced and there are more parks available for families
Hi Julio! Everyone is entitled to their opinion, my friend and so we can understand your perspective. However, we will continue to hold our position that Manta is an up and coming international destination much like Costa Rica and the DR were 20 or 30 years ago. Wouldn't you have loved to have been able to purchase oceanfront property in one of those places before the decades of waves of international buyers swooped in and grabbed up all the most valuable properties? That's what we're comparing Manta to. Not today's Dominican Republic or Costa Rica, but the 1970's and 1980's versions of those places. As far as crime is concerned, it is most certainly not at an 'all time high'. Not by any stretch of the imagination. Crime in Manta 25 years ago was at an all time high and today it is barely a blip on the radar especially when taking into consideration other areas in Latin America and North America. Manta is among the safest coastal cities in Ecuador. Ask around and you'll see for yourself. Both expats and Ecuadorians alike feel that way. As for limited attractions for families in Manta, again, a grossly misinformed statement. Everything you could want for a traveling family is at your fingertips in Manta. Now, with regard to your food comment: thank you for not making us have to come down hard on you for that! The dining experience in Manta is among the best in all of Ecuador not just for quality and variety but for cost. Farm and ocean to table dining is plentiful and there is a new restaurant opening every week it seems. As for international flights...well...you should stay tuned for the video we're about to publish today on this channel! And as for crime and parks - we addressed those comments above. The current mayor and his administration have spent the past 4 years improving the roads, infrastructure and beautification of Manta and, with his hopeful re-election, that trend will continue for another 4 years. We hope this answered some if not all of your concerns and we hope to see you in town soon!
@@owninecuador Speaking as someone who spent an entire month in Manta (living, working, vacation, and property hunting), and has lived abroad in other Latin American countries (Mexico, Guatemala, Belize), Manta might "not be there yet" but when it get's there (and it will) these prices for these types of properties will be long gone. Also, that International airport, as I understand it, is now flying from PC via Copa, so it's just a matter of time.
@@bigradwolf5001 there is a huge public park, literally called Mega Parque (one of the largest in South America) in development. The first phase was completed last year and has become a huge attraction for locals and tourists alike. The mayor Agustin Intriago was recently re-elected just last weekend so this project will continue full steam ahead and is expected to be completed by 2025 ( we think...need to confirm this ). Let us know if you'd like to see a video about this project and we'll get right on it!!
