Im pretty sure that the 6 eyes can be paired with other techniques besides limitless. Because there is always a 6 eyes user. Always. However the 6 eyes and limitles combo hasnt been seen in hundreds of years, however we know other 6 eyes users were born during that time. Therefore, the 6 eyes doesnt always have the limitless ability paired with it. But gojo was a big deal because he got the 6 eyes which is normal, but he got limitless on top of that which is the strongest combo of abilities.

There is no jujutsu world outside of japan or at least its very very small. Like 95% of cursed spirits and sorcerers are in japan since outside of japan, people have so little cursed energy that cursed spirits arent made pretty much.
