I remember these kind of 3 packs from when I was a kid way back in the 70's. They packed them in looser packets so if you pushed in on it you could see the other books. Most of them weren't the best choices but they were only a $1.99 or less.

My Walmart doesn't carry them.I called and spoke to a manager to see if he could order some and he said it was outsourced and they have no control over it. I tried to order some online but I need the sku number to do that. Great show.

I like when you give them a little pat on the bottom after you bag 'em!

I really like the Walmart packs with some great books to be had. I'm trying to figure out why people don't like them. My local walmart sells them as 7 packs and there are always a few minor keys in them. You have to really look them over in the store to find the packs that aren't all beat to crap. Nice packs you picked up and video.

It seems to me that the 7 for $10 packs had all of the crazy exclusives and variants in them. The newer packs have been a lot less exciting. The best I've ever gotten has been a 1 in 50 that's only worth about $20 and a handful of 1 in 10's that don't have any real value. Some of the walmart variants are pretty decent though (like the strange academy ones).

You guys are falling for the easiest trick in the book. They mix great finds in to build hype. 2020 now three years ago, I’m sure they stopped putting valuable books in these a while ago.
I will still occasionally pick up a few because some of the Wal Mart variants look really dope.

You mentioned that you didn’t want the video too long then made us watch you bag/board and type/look up prices.
Have you ever considered editing out that stuff to make video much easier to watch?

I’m pretty sure they stopped putting 1:25 1:50 & 1:100 in the packs there was even higher ratios
There was even a demon days 1 that was exclusive to unknown comics in the Walmart packs
A lot of the stuff from those packs is honestly probably cheaper just to buy it already slabbed there’s so many Gleason web variants and styles people got sick of seeing them
Any time I see someone open them in the past 6 months it’s all books you could’ve gotten at cover price with the Walmart variant exception
But hopefully you’ll hit something 👍

Great video, I have a bunch unopened I have collected over the past year. Any value in keeping them sealed for resale or just smarter to open and sell individually? I know it is always hit or miss!

I know some people that like the mystery of not knowing - in my case I want to know. I believe either which way unopened sells and the exclusives or variant may as well. But you ultimately said it right as they are hit and miss- thank you for the comment

my walmart has them in the toy section where all the trading cards and action figures are. Sometimes the get pushed back and on the bottom shelf and could be hard to see. Good luck, some great books in them.
