Holy cow, this is so helpful. I am just getting my site built, and I don’t think I would have thought about this stuff otherwise, but it’s so important. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain each policy, and to share that 1-stop website that you found helpful. THANK YOU!!!
One of the many things I like about you and your channel is you cross your "T'S" and dot your "I's". (Sorry if I wrote that incorrectly. Grammar is not my strong suit LOL). But what I am trying to say is when you do it you do it correctly and professionally. Thanks for sharing and teaching so well this important video with us!
Thank you! I really appreciate that! I have found that even if doing something right the first time takes longer than doing the bare minimum, over time it actually saves time bc you're not having to do things twice. Glad to share the knowledge, thanks always for the kind words :):)
What do you do if the shipping company loses the customers package? How would you handle that? Or someone says they didn't receive their package, but the tracker shows delivered? This has happened to me personally with FedEx multiple times.. they've marked my package as delivered, yet delivered it to someone on the next street.
Hmmm, well I would definitely want to make sure my client was happy, even if it had to come out of my pocket. And then I would probably stop shipping with FedEx bc that sounds totally ridiculous! How scammy! I have actually had great luck with USPS and it's much cheaper. I think I've only lost one package out of the hundreds I've shipped over the years. Sorry to hear you've had such a rough time with it. It's crazy they can just not deliver but still charge you.

Glad to help! It can be a crazy legal world out there 😆😋🫶
I had no idea about lots of these things! Thanks for this video!
Absolutely! I didn't either and I was glad to catch it before some regulator did!

Oh good! Keep your website safe!
Did not know artist needed to have this. Very helpful! Is the $60 a one time fee?
Yep, the website I found said just one time includes future updates. Super convenient!
