Great! Keep going! There are three factors I always consider when planning my DIY projects. They are Time, Effort, and Cost. I added a fourth one since I always hurt myself when doing my projects. A blood donation to the DIY GOD. I suggest you wear heavy-duty clothes, leather work gloves, and a back brace. I didn't wear one for years. I am now paying the price.

What?!!! Bonus episode! Love it! I'm really not trying to be that guy, because I don't know much about construction, but don't you need to have the thin foam between your plate and concrete walls? More episodes please!

Yes, you're right! We did install foam under the bottom plate but SOMEONE forgot to film it... ;)
      More episodes are coming soon!

Looking great, not sure where you live but most states require sill seal between the concrete wall and sill plate. Ron USCG RET

Yes, sorry we didn’t get video of that, but we did install a seal under our sill plate. It’s definitely necessary!

No reliefs in the slab? But hey it looks great! Gratz

We are planning to cut reliefs afterwards. But it probably would have been a good idea to do that right away. Our ultimate plan is to do some kind of finish on the concrete once it’s all complete.

Great video and work. One question there should be a sill seal under sill plate to concrete wall. Don't know if its code where you are but where i live it is. It keeps moisture and air off sill boards.

Yes, you’re right! We do have a seal under the sill, we just didn’t get video of installing it, unfortunately.

The best how not to DIY I've ever seen! Too many judgmental mistakes to mention, so I'll only mention one. Take a look at the video at the 6:00 minute mark and tell me that isn't like pissing in the ocean to raise the tide? raise

Structurally speaking, pouring your foundational slab in sections is a bad idea. The substrate beneath the slab will settle somewhat depending on the site, soil composition, and the amount of pre compaction. Often times, it doesn't settle evenly. If that happens, you will possibly experience serious and costly repairs.
