Bobby Brown does the "pinning" in the promotion ceremony of Army Sgt. 1st Class Stephanie Abdullah at the Military Intelligence Readiness Command at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Brown and Abdullah have been friends for more than 20 years. Abdullah serves as a Public Affairs NCO in the Army Reserve and is an Iraq War vet. She works as a freelance publicist in her civilian life.
