Great recipe! I first tried it by Accident in Mestia and instantly fell in love. There are many special dishes in Georgian cuisine, but Ajapsandali has a special place in my heart! I think their version was without basil, but I’m not sure. It definitely had smoked paprika. All the best! I can’t wait to visit Georgia again!
Yet another great recipe for fasting. I watched your other videos, and my biggest impression about the Georgian cuisine so far is using walnuts everywhere. But mostly as a substitution for vegetable oil. That would never crossed my mind. I was never able to endure fasting on water, but now it looks feasible.
We eat with bread but rice would work too. Georgian amber wines if you can get them, rose or white dry wines I would say. Chacha goes well with khinkali dumplings.
@@GeorgianCuisineatTamadasTable Madloba. I also thought about white wine. Red would be too bitter. Chinkali's are too expensive here so I must learn how to cook them to try. (I've heard that it's normal to order 50 chinkali and liter of czacza for 4 people in friday party?.)
Thank you! No wonder why it tastes deliciously! The georgian way of crushing tomato is amazing!
Thank you so much for your recipes. My husband is Georgian and he loves all these dishes i am making :D

Gamarjoba.
Do You eat it with bread/rice/buckwheat/pasta?
What wine do You recommend ?
Czacza here would be too strong...
