    I'm from Norway, and we learned the British spelling and pronunciation close to RP. Thus, we learned how to pronounce those T's properly!

    To me one of the most difficult, if not The most difficult, sound to pronunce is "at" in a sentence. The way you shoot this preposition... it's a matter of how to breath, like in opera singing!

      @@LillianKüstenfeuer Yes, you are right! I completely agree with you. English guys ,.......they are so charming, so ......handsome. I like them too. My English teacher was British. He was from the Northern part of England. His personality was great,....and he was a real gentleman....He had good manners.( That man was so polite...., so kind and patient to the students. He was very friendly....I always felt it...But outwardly he was very restrained young man........The real Englishman! ......I adored my teacher. I am sure that l 'll never forget him.

    Hi🇧🇷. In my case, in the second semester of last year, my pronunciation was still quite clear and I would pronounce the letter 't' frequently whilst speaking English. But then, in the beginning of 2019, I started watching videos from Londoners and Scottish people as well, which resulted in my habit of glottalising the 't' in words such as sort and important.

    A friend is interested in Cockney accent. He has advised me to drop whatever letter T if find in a sentence. He claims it to sound more British

    I'm Canadian and when I lived in England for 3 years I adopted aspects of the accent, but people thought I was from Ireland! However, I found it really hard not to emulate the way everyone else spoke, you just end up doing so, at least if you're young. If you're a middle-aged person you're probably less likely to pick up the accent automatically. I remember saying Sean the English way to a friend and he laughed because I wasn't saying it like an American and it sounded funny to him. "Well that's his name isn't it!" I said in response. Shone, not Shawn.

    While I was looking for phrases in mind to try pronounce t's I found "About all those things" was pretty hard with all those t's in the start, but I tried a lot and I am getting more comfortable with it, and feeling better aswell. Nice!

    It's funny because as a native Spanish speaker who learned English as a second language in the United States I had to force myself to not pronounce my T and now I'm trying to get back to the habit as I'm trying to learn the British accent.
