Thank you very much for sharing. This is very informative content and helps many people who are in the process of building. The plan of your kitchen is perfect and i try to take some concepts to use it in my kitchen.
Initially, im planning to minimize use of tiles along walls of the kitchen, i feel its enough to use only garanite counter top and do more cabinets along kitchen walls up to roof to get more spaces for storage. I would really love to get your advice on this.
For your previous content, i liked the grills you used for your windows and exterior door and their color. I will reach you out to refer me to them since i will build in Nairobi.

All LED Lights flicker. They just flicker too fast for the natural eye to notice. The camera has a higher refresh rate than the LED refresh rate. To eliminate flicker, the frame rate of both LED light and camera must be in sync. By the time the LED cyclic flicker is visible to the natural eye, the LED driver is faulty, and the light needs replacement.
