While im not a bodybuilder, i use resistance training as part of my programs, and over the 40 years of doing this im glad i have constantly changed my goals, the methods of achieving those goals and the constant experimentation in diet, movements, intensity and all aspects of improving health and wellbeing.
Eat just chicken and broccoli for a month just to see how your body reacts, try Keto, try carb cycling, try total body three times a week, learn about your body and mind. Spend three months seeing how strong you can get, how lean you can get, how much you can improve your cardio/respiratory recovery, but then change it up for something else.

when i lived in memphis, i trained at NBS in cordova. there's a picture of dexter on the wall and a signed quad stomp photo of Jay. did not like living in memphis, but the atmosphere in that gym is nuts. you can walk in at 2am and there will be screamo blasting with some guy pulling 6/7/8 plates off the floor

I remember talking about going and traveling to different gyms and thinking I was crazy for that but glad it wasn’t just me. I’m in my 30’s I didn’t hit the gym for 6 years after 6 years of non stop training and I went back last year and the whole vibe is missed up 😂 the kids now worried too much about style and go to hangout in the evening I remember going and training hard with guys at the gym not just vaping and trying to talk to girls. It’s almost depressing all my gym buddies are married and outta shape but they got good health mine started falling off so I have to go…grew up in yours and Ronnie’s era and damn things changed. A lot of former lifters are picking up the game of golf and killing it. Turns out their years of training the mind muscle translates perfectly into the essential movements required in the golf swing and instinctively pick up the mechanics with great ease. Reports have shown the mental toughness required to consistently get through grueling workouts spills over into golf ⛳️. Lots of lifters / players are smoking it 350 yards plus off the tee, not to mention their short games benefit from having that muscle mind connection so in tact. Guys are shooting in the mid 60s and have only been playing for a year or less. PGA tour players and top amateurs are freaking out because generally those guys are spindly weaklings by comparison and feel their sport is being invaded by a superior species.
So maybe it's time to hit the links.
      Stay 💪 strong my friend.
