Dave, thanks for the video...this resolved my printer removal problem!...now, all I have to do is find a driver (and package) (or "alternate" driver and package) forr my old HP Office G85 All-In-One which had worked for many years on my Windows 7 pc!

Hi Dave every time I boot up my older laptop a message appears with a box that says There was a problem starting c:/Program Files\HP\HP Deskjet 2130 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll The specified module could not be found. And I thought I had totally uninstalled the printer. Any help would be great thanks.

The printer names that I want to remove are not in Devices and Printers, but they still show up in print dialogs for word, excel and other programs. How can I access the print queues for the ghost printers (to delete an existing print jobs) if they don't show up as installed printers?

I have i problem. I try to delete driver for hp 1018 printer, but i cant, it say Setup Encouned an abnormal program execution. Setup will shutdown. On my laptop that printer still work just fine, but on my pc dont work. What i shoud do?
