      you can do this by using just putting a bag of ice on your skin for an hour a day. a friend of mine did it. she put a bag of ice (do not use ice packs of any kind they can lead to freezer burn, ive seen it before) on her belly for 1 hour. then did a massage. You can choose to do this once a week (like her sister did) or ever night like she did. in a month she was down 2 dress sizes. Those the vacuum thing that Pink recommended....ha good luck not going to work.

    You are so caring and courageous. It means a lot to me that you would be so open and frank in sharing this very personal and private happening in your life, because you didn't have to. But you did, to let your viewers and fans know the reality about it. I truly appreciate that. It gives me courage, and I feel so much more knowledgeable than I did from just talking to my dermatologist and reading pamphlets, etc. Thank you very much.

      +MsTheBow From the website provided by Tati, price depends on a few factors, e.g. area of concern. At one of the providers it is between $750 for chin and small areas to $2400 for full abdomen (i.e. lower + upper, I'd assume they'd throw love handles to that mix as well).

    • @jennlynn212
      @jennlynn212 9 лет назад +16

      +MsTheBow +MsTheBow As someone else already said, that information can easily be found out on the website she provided. Since the prices vary, it would go by a case by case basis and she can't accurately tell us the costs of the procedures. She could give a ballpark estimate, but the site does that for her :) It's not hard to click on a link and read it ourselves

    TATI, I'm a big fan... I'm 38 mom of 3 girls, nurse, married and makeup addict. 4 years ago I had a breast augmentation for myself! My husband was against the idea saying I was beautiful like I was... But in the end I looked at myself and felt like a teen boy! So you do you and make what makes you happy, life is short and if people judge you, too bad for them! Go and make yourself happy!! 💕

      ohh I understand! I heard about potatoes helping- maybe that'll be better for you? I just googled it and according to wikihow (www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Dark-Armpits) a thin slice of potatoes and rubbing them on your armpits should help! Or maybe even cucumbers. They're pretty gentle especially since people put them on their eyes.

    Tati, I’ve been a follower of yours for years and have always appreciated your the honesty in your reviews. Today I had cool sculpting done on my stomach as well (that lower part that just will not go away after having my son). When I left the appt I was freaking out because I am in so much pain, and I have those awful red dots all over from the suction. I looked up to see if anyone else had a reaction like that and I’m so glad I found your video!! I’ve never related more to any of your reviews and I’m so so happy you put this video up. My anxiety is greatly relieved knowing that the pain isn’t permanent and that people really do have results from the procedure. Thank you for everything you do, I love having someone I can trust giving honest reviews online! You’re the best. Sending love from Virginia

    Here's the thing. If you eat right and exercise regularly, but have just a little bit of jiggle that won't go way and makes you unhappy, then this procedure might be worth the time and money. It's not a shortcut and the results aren't significant enough to constitute real weight loss; however, it wasn't dangerous and it made Tati feel more confident. Cosmetic procedures are fine as long as you are doing them for you, not because society, your friends, your parents, or your significant other tells you that you would look better if you got a little work done. All bodies are beautiful, even those who fit our typical standards of beauty. Wanting to be trimmer, more muscular, of less jiggly doesn't make someone conceded or vain and getting cosmetic procedures doesn't make them lazy. Part of breaking free from societal pressures is accepting all bodies and the choices people make about their bodies (as long as they are safe and healthy). I'm glad Tati felt comfortable sharing this with us. It doesn't mean I'm going to run out and do coolsculpting, but that's just my choice.

    So, the real question is: do clothes fit differently, and did you lose any weight? I understand its not about weight loss, but you obviously lost inches - did you lose weight or did it just redistribute? ~ curious in oregon

    • @livin4jc3
      @livin4jc3 9 лет назад +4

      +Michelle Wood I had regular liposuction and you lose inches, not weight. If you gain more weight, it redistributes, but doesn't come back in the areas you had done as much if that makes sense. This is definitely not for someone looking to lose weight. I know from experience.

      Also, is it temporary? Not in the way a wrap is good for 48 hours, obviously, I know it has taken 12 weeks to get to this stage but in another 12 weeks, will fat have started to store again in the same place with no change to diet/lifestyle?

      janet williams It is, I've seen first hand the kind of things they tell you to do to sell these products. kieramcgregor Jealously is the feeling of losing status or something of great personal value first of all... So I think the word you meant to say is "Envy". In that case, you still make absolutely no sense. I pointed out that the "after" picture was her standing further away from the camera making it appear that she is smaller. I don't doubt that it worked, but she should have maybe measured the area so we would have a better understanding of the results. I don't know why anyone would be envious of someone having a procedure done to reduce body fat?... I'm starting to think you're an adolescent troll who doesn't even need to be on the internet.

    I absolutely love you Tati and please don't take this has "hating", but I'd rather you stuck to things like lip injections, etc. if you are going to do these types of videos. I am your age and was teeny tiny my whole life and then due to some endocrine issues in my mid to late 20's, I gained like over 100lbs in less than a year. So it's really hard to see people complain about a few extra pounds when people like me are struggling so much and there is not much they can do. I eat super healthy and exercise regularly but my body just won't let me lose the weight. I don't judge you or anyone for doing this, but maybe it's just something I'd rather they kept to themselves because for those with my issue, the struggle is very real and actually life threatening. So, yeah... Again, nothing but love for you but something to think about. XO

      That's like someone who has it "worse" coming to you and saying it's hard to see you complain when they have it so much worse and if you could please keep it to yourself. We all have problems and we shouldn't tell someone else that their problems are less important... Because ours are "worse". All of them matter. You can't compare tatis problems to yours or tell her to keep it to herself just like I'm sure you wouldn't like it if people told you to keep it to yourself. We should all help each other! And be kind! And understand this. I honestly wish the best for you and in no means I meant to attack you I just wanted to explain

    • @katienydam1046
      @katienydam1046 9 лет назад +1

      +C.C It's just my opinion on these kinds of videos which she asked for, that's all. I am absolutely not saying she shouldn't do this for herself and if she chooses to share it on her channel, that is up to her. But it is literally painful to watch this when my weight gain could potentially kill me. I recently went into cardiac arrest from blood clots in my lungs related to my weight gain. I enjoy makeup and skin care because it's something I can control. I like this channel because it is usually a safe place about makeup and skin care which I work hard at. If that is not going to be the case, I will move on.

      rest due to medical problems is a whole another issue thts perfectly fine to seek medical/surgical intervention

    • @mrsellingsworth

      Try changing your diet and lots of walking! I gained 45 last year because of a med, I got really depressed. They found something else that I could take instead. I have a ton of medical issues, so I can't hardcore workout. But walking is everything! I was trying to do at least two miles a day. Took me about 3-4 months but I lost all the weight I gained. Changed diet, which is now back to my "normal" diet, walked and drank a
      half a gallon of water with cucumber, lemon and fresh mint everyday. May not be feasible for you to change, meds but it won't hurt to ask! Good luck!

    • @Merlienia
      @Merlienia 9 лет назад +5

      +Karenna Gridley It's calories in, calories out. While the equation looks simple, it's actually really hard to lose weight because many people don't like the feeling of hunger. You probably will feel hungry more often if you start eating less calories than you burn, mainly because you're not used to eating less.
      Exercise does increase the amount of "calories out" but the amount of exercise you have to do to greatly increase how many calories you burn is insane. I am a server at a cafe and I will walk over 8000-10000 steps a day. But those 8000-10000 steps only burn an extra 200-300 calories for a 5'4" female. That's about how many calories are in a medium to large soft drink...
      Drinking water can help get rid of the feeling of being hungry, especially if there are nutrients in your water, like the cucumbers and lemon like the other comment was talking about. Lemons, cucumbers, and mint have very little calories as well. :)
