What do you mean by that? If you mean the mouse DPI, it's 800. And ingame I use anywhere between 0.20 / 0.22 to 0.3 on days where I want to play on a "faster" sens, rarely 0.35 too

If you mean screen tearing which is normally noticeable when you do fast camera movements, I don‘t experience it. I used to experience it but there are some guides I‘m sure help in that case. Maybe turning on vsync ingame or free-/gsync if the monitor supports it
