I was also gaming like that at one point in my life study or work in the mornings or afternoons and game a lottttt. And like I mentioned I’m not trying to be all sad here in the comments, but it got to a point where it started up fucking me up mentally making me feel alone even when I had people there with me. Concentrate a bit more on where you’re working and if that’s not something you love doing like you mentioned then try and find another job that you feel it can give you a new start. Don’t bring yourself down bro, because in the end if you do keep going through this same path the only one you’ll be able to blame will be yourself and no one else. But if you're going through something at the moment, what you're feeling right now is an alarm telling you that you need change. I don't know if you train, but do it. I don't know how social you are as an introvert, but don't isolate. Don't let your mind play games with you. If it gets lonely then change environment. Isolate less, go out more. Go to the gym, meet some gym bros that hold you accountable. Start a business, you'll meet like-minded people and that will keep yourself busy and recharged. Get a hobbie, go out for a walk. Enjoy the warmth of the sun. Video was great and kept me watching till the end but couldn't help worrying about you. Also take care of yourself and be cautious with the food.
