As a member of the National Rifle Association, I support Knife Rights.Become a member of Knife Rights today. I carry my NRA knife every day and have always carried a knife. Carrying a knife is a Second Amendment Right and knives or a great tool. Many handicapped people need an easy opening knife. I don't carry a gun every where I go, but I always carry a knife. A knife is a very useful tool. Being handicapped, I feel safe carrying a knife. But no tool is more useful than a knife.
I also carry a knuckle Knife. Awesome weapon.
Here's the rub, though. In a case where an individual uses a knife in a justifiable defense situation, the jury immediately takes a dim view of the tool used.
I use to live in a bigger city, and I have always had a knife on me, at all times. I still live in the same state (WI) and I ave always said you need three things; a lighter, some cord and a knife. The knife I own now is a tool for me. Not only is it my cutting tool, it's a hammer and a flat head driver (don't worry, I don't use the blade, but the spine). I have never had to use my EDC knife (or any other) as a weapon.
Also, I'm glad to see that other know that knives are protected under the 2nd amendment.
there are better tools than a knife for the latter tasks, but I agree with your top 3 EDC items for sure.
yeah, a knife doesnt always work. the screw needs to have a wider gap to work. still not proud of using it in that manner, but it's all i got lol.
My EDC is an SOG Fielder from Walmart. had it for almost 5 years now and never let me down.
10:10: “anyone in the United States can carry any knife they want.”
I appreciate what Mr. Ritter does for law abiding folks and support him. However, I don’t agree with “anyone”. Needs to exempt certain folks (e.g. inmates and patients in mental institution)
