I love larger projects like this. As well we need hundreds more projects like this to deal properly with the homeless problem.
They are well executed. Nice concepts. I like them too
This is wonderful. I hope it won't be too expensive for homeless people to afford later. More of this is needed to take them off the street
It's fabulous they've put this together for the homeless & they need to make many more but
Small spaces like this though a massive step up from the street do affect the mental health of their occupants over time. This floor plan represented looks absolutely brutal waste of space with a massively over sized bathroom!
Container City in London uses the same space with a much smaller bathroom & the kitchen backed up against the bathroom for one wet wall per unit & much more livable space in a double wide 20' containers.
First!😀
That won't stay for the homeless for too long, bet it will be gentrified. A single high paid person would move in!
Prices for rent way to high need to cut it my partner got brand new apartment just build if they did have sec 8 they be looking to pay out pocket 2833.00 they pay $800.00 now
I don't like your accent
Thanks
That's really rude. And borders on racism. There are zillions of accents around the world.
