Be up front and give them some exposure for it. Kiss is a great example. I want to see Paul Stanley but another younger singer with more range could fill those gaps while not taking away from the show, in my opinion.

I love this cd/dvd package one of the most underrated bands. Michael's voice sounds just as good as it did in the 80's when you look at these older bands you can hear the growth in the music. They have a mature feel with a little slash of past youth mixed in. Rock and roll forever.

My best friend lived next door to the original drummer, John Fowler back in the early 90's when Steel Heart was just starting to make a name for themselves, and then grunge came along and it all came to an end. Great band back in the day. R.I.P. John and my friend Jeff.
I hated Nirvana. Pearl Jam I could tolerate. Alice in Chains was pretty sweet. Chris Cornell, made Soundgarden tolerable. But those guys from Seattle, sure put a lot of good bands out of business. But it wasn't entirely their fault. Bill Clinton in his cronies figured out that they couldn't shut up people like Ozzy Osbourne. Or Dee Snider. But they could use the federal government to put the screws to the record label. The Telecommunications Act of 1997 reduced the amount of record labels in the market from 44 to 6 they say. Clear Channel, iHeartRadio, bought up as many rock and roll stations as they could under the new laws. And converted them over to rap or country. Today, everything has to be Disney Radio friendly. I respect those hair metal guys for not selling out to Disney. And the ones who did... Weren't really musicians in the first place.

September 24th, 2023 and I still love this band, and this song! I have the movie Rockstar which this man shared his vocal ability to Mark’s character. The greatest rockstar movie next to Almost Famous.
I had never heard this song before the movie Rock Star. Since then it has become one of my all time favorites, easily landing in my top 3. There a quite a few versions out there by different bands/acts, but my personal favorite rendition was performed by the band Eden’s Curse. If you love this song and haven’t heard their rendition give it a listen. Amazing stuff.

He had a crazy in stage accident that injured his neck. They thought he won't sing again. Had the accident not happened, his range is a lot scarier.

September 24th, 2023 and I still love this band, and this song! I have the movie Rockstar which this man shared his vocal ability to Mark’s character. The greatest rockstar movie next to Almost Famous.

I had never heard this song before the movie Rock Star. Since then it has become one of my all time favorites, easily landing in my top 3. There a quite a few versions out there by different bands/acts, but my personal favorite rendition was performed by the band Eden’s Curse. If you love this song and haven’t heard their rendition give it a listen. Amazing stuff.

Mark Wahlberg does not do the singing in this movie, or for the soundtrack. The singing is done by Miljenko Matijevic, who sang for Steelheart, and Jeff Scott Soto, who sang for Yngwie Malmsteen and Journey, among others.
Yes, the guy in this video sang the song in the movie that he is singing here in the video...I believe the "cat has been out of the bag" on this for a long time.

Ladies and gentlemen, Mark Wahlberg nailed the character of Chris “Izzy” Cole in RockStar, but he didn’t sing a note of the lyrics in the film. This guy that sang in this clip was Mark’s singing voice in the movie.
