I love the bass line. it reminds me a lot of SERINA's bass line in TRiDENT's "Ambivalent" this is currently my favorite NEK! song. They formed in February 2024, 3 MVs already and pure fire each one. Not often a band catches fire this fast. hope they can handle it, keep their chemistry solid and keep going. I am interested to see where they go from here.
It's a shame about the vocal overproduction and vocals in general (like a lot of times for me) and it's a bit too poppy at points, but they are certainly very talented and I can see them do very well. I did get a physical copy of their EP, I have to listen to it more though, it might grow on me even more. I would say they are a mix of early to World Domination Band-Maid and maybe a more pop rock band like Scandal (who are not my thing, but obviously really good at what they do). Also, them starting with a Band-Maid cover and playing at Shibuya Eggman multiple times makes the Band-Maid comparison even easier.

NEK! is just there in the sweet spot. Funkier than Maids but less chaotic than Gachas
Really hope this young band gets more exposure, they are very good and from what I've read, still in high school.
