    It's so cool to see these elite athletes straight gettin it! I would like to see more context on these exercises. Like show the clips where you're giving corrections on form and explaining the application. If you're into that xD.

    How many reps. I’m about to turn 14 in a couple months and i have been doing workouts with dumbells because i don’t have acces to go to a gym atm. So I’m wondering how much weight and reps i should be doing at my age with dumbells

    Can anybody help me out on something? If I’m doing a 4 days week Upper/Lower Split and the only explosive training I’m doing is 8x3 box jumps at the beginning for each lower Body Workout (so twice a week), is that sufficient volume for explosive power? Each rep is quality and Max Effort btw.

      It really depends on numerous aspects:
      1) your overall conditioning/previous workout experience
      2) height of the box
      3) phase of the practise you actually do box jumps
