How many reps. I’m about to turn 14 in a couple months and i have been doing workouts with dumbells because i don’t have acces to go to a gym atm. So I’m wondering how much weight and reps i should be doing at my age with dumbells
Can anybody help me out on something? If I’m doing a 4 days week Upper/Lower Split and the only explosive training I’m doing is 8x3 box jumps at the beginning for each lower Body Workout (so twice a week), is that sufficient volume for explosive power? Each rep is quality and Max Effort btw.
It really depends on numerous aspects: 1) your overall conditioning/previous workout experience 2) height of the box 3) phase of the practise you actually do box jumps
