I repaired our front wall thanks to your bricklaying for beginners videos!!
I'd definitely go with an airless machine, much quicker and less bulky. I had a Wagner 150m but it leaked and killed itself (common problem). The 250m is much better for two reasons, one it has pressure control and two like this sprayer the pickup just drops into a bucket/paint tin (the 150m has a hopper so limited on amount of paint you can put in and more clean up).
I just brought a house. And a sprayer !!

i do painting and decorating on the side i have a wagner 350r i havent touched a roller or a brush in 12 months ... its a lot faster better finish in a way you use less paint

We did our whole house with a Wagner 250 after it being plastered. The finished was sublime. The actual painting is very fast and all time goes into the prep and sequence of masking and painting coving/trims. There is quite a skill for it to make sure you get good coverage without runs. Vacuuming the floors to prevent dust kick up is very important as it taking the masking off when wet (if possible depending on how many coat you’re doing). I found most paints need 20% dilution for a prosumer wagner and the nozzles which come with are sufficient to paint a house. They do need replacing after a while as the head wears out and becomes more of jet. I highly recommend a 3m hand masker with paper or their masking film for windows. These are also amazing for spraying MDF to get a fitted furniture finish.

Great to see you're back at the videos house is looking good totally agree using sprayer is so much easier I hate painting and only downsides I found using sprayer is I had to be careful for overspray and it seemed to use alot more paint but might just be brand of paint I was using was very thin👍
Glad to see you back , paint sprayers are the way to go , couple of hrs masking up and 10 mins spray worth it ,rooms dry with in mins not hours :)

Depends how quick you are with a brush and roller tbh. Much as I find painting tedious I'm pretty efficient with a brush and roller and I bloody hate masking.

Just fab to see you back on the house. Would be interesting on new builds how many are sprayed now. Also if you get chance have a go at high speed rollering with a pole e.g.

. . . and see how it compares. On mist coats I use more water than usually recommended (as thin as you can work with for best soak in). Best wishes to you and Holly.
