    Excellent insight.
    Myself a Mch surgical Oncologist
    I think Mch surgical Oncology is still having that general surgery overview and in more refined way as we do head ti toe.
    They can open a nursing home and and can manage too as surgical Oncologist don't have a tunnel vision like any other superspecialization rather a broader view

      If Bond is not an issue ..SSKM is really good ..
      Delhi is also good ..but ..since u belong from West Bengal..u have a privilege in your home state ..

      @@afterdark2023shorts private medical colleges usually are not focused on academics (except DYP /Manipal and few others ) .Rest ..don’t have good infrastructure and faculties..
      Yes ..u can opt for private ..but u need to shortlist the colleges ..visit them ..talk to the seniors there and personally create an image ..

    Sir i have a rank of 14k 🥲 , i don't have much choice but would probably get MS General Surgery in my own state only , but the PGs there say that they don't get much hands on 🥲.
    But I don't want to drop since im getting MS General Surgery in a Govt College and the Increasing uncertainties in NEET PG but at the same time there's a FOMO of not being a good Surgeon after my MS 🥲.
    So how drastically would it matter ?

    And due to this reason my family also prefers me to take non-surgical branch due to high amounting stress in surgical branch

    सर जि मेरे १ महिने फहिले एपेन्डिक्स के ल्याप्रोस्कोपिक सर्जरी हुईहै। अब कोइ दर्द तो नै हे लेकिन एक साईड जहाँ पेहेले टाँचा लगाया था उस जगा touch करुँ तो अन्दर गाँठ जैसा महशुस होता है कोइ दर्द तो नै हए लेकेन stepler remove कर्ने से हे touch करुँतो गाठ जैसा फिल होता है ? क्या ये नर्मल है सर?

      @@gaikwadtushar1000 off course .:but ..I would recommend to work in a heavy load government hospital ..in the early days .U get to learn a lot .
      In Corporate ..they make u a surgery registrar ,where u do a more of ward work ..and assistant
      Secondly. the salary is better in Govt .Sector in Tier 1 cities ..with additional benefits ( job security/timely promotions) and also..u get to learn a lot of surgeries,,which u couldn’t practice during the residency..

    Sir I'm confused between MS general surgery and Mch neurosurgery (6yrs). I'm 100% sure abt being a surgeon lekin parents are telling me to go with general surgery they are saying ki you cant look back after getting in mch but im super confident and passionate abt it also seniors se baat kari they have a mixed take on this. Being a Neurosurgeon was my goal since day 1 of Mbbs and till date too. but logo se baat kar raha hun toh confusion hi badh rha hai can u please guide on this sir.

      Mch :Onco>>Surgical Gastro>>>Urology..(all depends on the preferences) ..
      Rest are all easy ..to get..
      Study well in residency..Rest leave on Surgery Dada ..
      Just aim and don’t deviate..

      @@ishasrivastava5046 absolutely not .:infact ..plastic surgeons dealing with cosmesis ..are in most demand ..as far as surgery in initial learning days ..u shall earn a less ..but this is same for all branches ..Even a DM Gastro has to start with 1.5 -2lacs in a Tier 1 city ..it’s your skills and experience..that shall earn u fame and name ..

    Sir ,kindly make some videos on dnb neurosurgery, cardiothoracic vascular surgery (6years courses).
    I am okay with dnb cvts 6 years ,but one thing is creating problem in mind that after 6 years also u won't get job ,then salary will not exceed 2 lakh.then u have to do some specialisation

      @@Excitinglife314 no..but students avoid it ..because it’s really a hectic branch ..and always institution dependent..u cannot start your own center..unless u are dammmmm rich ..
      The second challenge ::Fewer patients want to proceed for sx..prefer for endoscopic interventions..but ..ultimately sx is cure ..

    Taking DrNB at T1 city is better than absolutely urban hospital with no ICU and neurosx, trauma exposure

      U haven't seen corporate hospital...i worked in a peripheral medical college...the chances of cutting it is on a different level...forget even 10 percent of that in corporate dnb in tier 1 city....all doctors are not ready to help...some are really printing money machines.

    Mch is truth if u r in tier 2 or 3 city ,the already percoloated quack were butching or cutting in liw price and tier 2 or 3 city those have money they made infrastructure and brought quack in low price surgery anf if he were calked surgeon they give very littlw money ,so if mch is mandatory in city be it tier 2 ir 3 ciry, i m talking to first gen surgeon.

      The Quack practice in Surgery has minimised nowdays ..because of the complications rate rising and strict medic legal actions ..Nowdays . Quackery is more confined to medicine and some illegal abortions ..No one is dating to do Lap surgeries because of high complications.

      Ms or dnb residents donot know how to do lap cholecystectomy.
      Surgery takes 10 years of experience after MS. Very long learning curve.
      U r putting hard work but result is not that much..
      Always prefer medicinal branch.

    After MS in general surgery you are not able to do lap cholecystectomy independently.
    U will take at least 3 years of sr ship
    Then at least 5 to 6 years more experience. Surgery long learning curve.. Always choose medicine branch

      Who has actually provided u with this unique data ..It’s quite surprising…please refrain from spreading rumours ..
      Anyone who picks up surgery for passion
      ..is able to do every basic surgery in his residency alone …This is a skill ..and one should be motivated to learn the skill..
      That’s the reason ..It’s very difficult to get Surgery in US or other European Countries..

      3rd year resident is just assisting surgery.
      Surgery people settles at around 45 years of age.dear neet pg aspirant surgery has long learning curve if u r ok with it then take it.
