Michael Crabbe I agree I think JJ should’ve handled the entire trilogy because it felt like in the 9th that JJ was trying to pickup after rians mess but he didn’t have enough time to answer all those questions that were left unanswered. I personally really enjoyed episodes 7 and 9 and 8 have a lot of mixed feeling about.

I think it would've been worse tbh because his pacing and unwillingness to answer questions was driving me crazy and I don't think he would've changed any of that for episode 9. Processed Meat not really the fight scene was not the best choreography because when they start look at the guy closest to the throne to the left he just spins around for no reason and when Rey was about to get pinned the guard’s weapon just disappears (I just needed to say something)
I love how Daisy shares the little moments that show her chemistry with Adam--The high five, the fireman's carry, and that swearword game. They really connected, it's just that they don't show it a lot on the press tour or on social media.

That's not the stunts fault, they've did their best, even slowing down to favor both actors, i think schedule were more to blame for it, 25 times that's not enough... Somehow i lean on towards blaming the actors for this, even the director, If he wanted a big fight scene he should have allowed them time to prep for such a task.

I can understand why she hasn't seen the movie in 2 years. I've done some acting and I hate watching anything I'm in, it's extremely uncomfortable for me because all I see are my flaws and mistakes. I guess Daisy feels the same way.
BloodShank pushes Kylo into vastly different territory than Vader, so I’m cool with it. Snoke was there to further Kylo’s character, just like Palpatine in RotJ, only instead of redemption he got worse as a result of his turn.

I actually like Daisy herself. Met her briefly at a Star Wars celebration soon after TFA came out, and she seemed like a genuinely nice person. I don't care much for Rey, but I wish Daisy the very best.
Onyx1916 hey she’s definitely trying with the character. I don’t mind Rey. I think Rey is better than Anakin- or at least movie Anakin. And I grew up with the prequels/clone wars so my nostalgia glasses are thick rimmed and dark red tinted. She’s no more of a Mary Sue than Luke, she’s not as whiny as Anakin, and she’s not as dorky as like either. I think she fits fine! We all tend to take Star Wars a little more seriously than we should sometimes- it’s a fun goofy action series about space wizards and laser swords. This movie is pretty flawed, but there are definitely some good things, and most of my favorite parts of this movie come from Daisy’s performance. Glad she’s not taking the flak too hard.
SalvaJor is you train literally all your life (or for Anakin most of it) and you are force sensitive and can anticipate every incoming attack then counter it, it will look like a dance. They are skilled Jedi and Sith warriors
Why is it your favourite scene? The choreography was awful, that one red guy's blade disappeared for a second so that he wouldn't beat Rey in that scene, and that one other red guy tossed away his weapon, turned off, just to be stabbed by Kylo Ren, worst scene in the history of Star Wars.

It probably was too late when they noticed the mistakes (which you know, a lot of films have, including the originals) or wasn't worth reshooting the take

You can't help but smile when Daisy smiles, because it's a genuine, joy filled smile and of course when you see a smile that's filled with genuine joy, it's contagious and you catch some of that joy. I'm right there with you, Everytime Daisy smiles, I smile. Her smile is my everything.
And if you pause it right as she is doing the drop sword move, you'll se that she could have just pulled back the arm that held the lightsaber in the first place to just slice it's head off. It isn't held back by anything, but I guess that doesn't make it cool

Wow, I had no idea that fire was real, on set while they were acting amongst it. Gosh I'd think acting in those actual conditions would be quite scary at first.
In the cinematic release of this RUclips video this click wasn't in it, I was a kid at the time but I remember it like it was yesterday. I think the director (not naming names) got at it before the DVD release. Equally the 'splats' (backrests) on the bench Daisy Ridley is sitting on ran horizontally in the cinema release, I have no idea at all what they gained by changing them to vertical? I guess he (still not naming names) did it simply because he could? 😉
Daisy and Adam have such a cute friendship - we had a game of boogies - when we finished we high fived and he carried me in a fireman's hold - I made Adam laugh when I shouted a word that makes Americans nervous They are just amazing :)

I love how they basically had to settle for the take with the disappearing dagger, just to make the fight lean in Rey's favor.
That's not the stunts fault, they've did their best, even slowing down to favor both actors, i think schedule were more to blame for it, 25 times that's not enough...
Somehow i lean on towards blaming the actors for this, even the director, If he wanted a big fight scene he should have allowed them time to prep for such a task.

I can understand why she hasn't seen the movie in 2 years. I've done some acting and I hate watching anything I'm in, it's extremely uncomfortable for me because all I see are my flaws and mistakes. I guess Daisy feels the same way.

I don’t mind Rey. I think Rey is better than Anakin- or at least movie Anakin. And I grew up with the prequels/clone wars so my nostalgia glasses are thick rimmed and dark red tinted.
She’s no more of a Mary Sue than Luke, she’s not as whiny as Anakin, and she’s not as dorky as like either. I think she fits fine! We all tend to take Star Wars a little more seriously than we should sometimes- it’s a fun goofy action series about space wizards and laser swords.
This movie is pretty flawed, but there are definitely some good things, and most of my favorite parts of this movie come from Daisy’s performance. Glad she’s not taking the flak too hard.
I'm not a big fan of the new star wars movies but I think Rey is easily the best out of all the new characters.
She seems like a nice actress, she should cut out the language though.. she drops the f bomb a lot..

Literally my fav scene from the Last Jedi was the Throne Room battle. It's cool to hear Daisy explain what was actually going on during filming.
Why is it your favourite scene? The choreography was awful, that one red guy's blade disappeared for a second so that he wouldn't beat Rey in that scene, and that one other red guy tossed away his weapon, turned off, just to be stabbed by Kylo Ren, worst scene in the history of Star Wars.

I think the director (not naming names) got at it before the DVD release.
