@Tom Bateman Luther is filmed in London, so yes there are black cabs as well as other kinds of cabs. They'd be way less obvious for you to notice if they were on screen for obvious reasons. And just in case you were wondering I looked it up and the episode she was talking about was episode 4 season 1 where the serial killer lured in his victims by driving a fake black cab.

That's part of British culture.
Actually...ALDI was founded by the Albrecht brothers (ALbrecht DIscount) who later on separated their business into the two supermarket chains ALDI Nord and ALDI Süd. There have never been any business relations between ALDI and LIDL. They just share similar concepts. But LIDL and KAUFLAND are owned by the same company - and back in the day there might have been a distinction between one of them being more affordable and the other fancier.
(And yes, I may or may not have gone to a school in the hometown of the Albrechts which is why I know all that and had a need to share😌)

They are all either created with CGI (computer generated with special effects) or they are played by a male, that has been made to look like the female role with extensive make up design. The budget was very high for the star wars films, meaning they were therefore fully able to do this.
