pekomama do sometimes appear as a guest in pekoras streams.. especially cooking collabs and stuff like that. i think if pekora is using her vtuber avatar, it isnt anything preventing her from also putting mommy on stream aswell.
So there is a thing called back contracting. Basically its a verbal agreement to not be in a contract for X amount of time while still working under said contract then signing into the contract with back pay tied in. It's how you get arpund time based contract restrictions. Its a loophole that requires alot of trust to work

On Matara's RUclips channel there's a pre-podcast podcast with Mint, where Mint said she's "not in VShojo" and she'll "explain more on Thursday" (when she redebuts).
During Henya's stream not long after she said that the VShojo minecraft server was opening up to non-VShojo friends, which Mata and Mint joked about a few hours before. Gunrun is 100% trying to get Mint to join by exposing her to more interaction with the rest of the VShojo talents - as the talents are the real deciders behind who gets to join - but it seems that for the time being Mint would rather go indie.
She's hesitant and shy, this is basically an open house to see how vhi runs
@@mdb45424 pretty much and Vshojo and mata are gonna do their best for Mint to feel more welcomed to Vshojo so that she can join more eisier that way rather than just telling them to join Vshojo Straight up. until then, we are in for a LONG HAUL in the next 10 weeks until Mint's Non-compete Contract Expired from Nijisanji. in short, Consider this as a SOFT-HIRING for MINT.
The other possibility is that she already signed on with Hololive but won't be debuting for a while (since I doubt we're getting EN4 until late '24 at the absolute earliest, more likely in 2025) and she's just bringing Mint out of retirement temporarily to kill some time and make some money until then. Would certainly explain why the podcast is only intended to run through the summer.

If mint was to join hololive ever I would really like to see her go in as mint like suisei did as long as she didn't have to give up the ip or if not join instead have a good relationship with holo like shigure ui has so she can use their studio for 3d and maybe even be special guest for concerts etc
Tin foil hat time: What if Mint is just killing time while she tries to audition for Hololive's next gen? There was a large gap between Council/Promise and Advent, so it could be a while before the next EN gen get's announced. NotPomu needs to do stuff in the mean time before she get's a crack at Hololive.
I sure hope you are right about that, she would likely fit right in. And she might get in on recommendation from a certain phoenix. Unless they decide it's too much of a risk of nepotism related issues.

Still don't know why people are so obsessed with collabs and joining places, everyone is their own person so wishing for X and Y to collab isn't something we should demand or ask if they want or don't feel comfortable doing so its all ok, not everyone vibes or wants to interact and thats ok a person a world, same stuff with joining corpos don't hope for it and instead just vibe with the current situation whatever happens will happen we just need to show love and support to all those that we have right now and enjoy them 🙂
