The following clip was found on a file that we did not review.
Pay close attention to the left of the screen, and the right of the screen for the second half of the clip.
We are more interested in the anomlie in the second half of the clip. If you watch right after the anomlie disappears there appears to be a mist or fog that is heading towards where our camera is located.
We viewed cameras 1 & 3 which were also located on the first floor. No cars were driving by the main road for a 45 second window. The exterior lights on the outside of the building on the south side are always on.
In over 24 hours of footage we have never seen a whitish mist in this particular room.
Interestingly whatever it is it (when it starts heading towards you) if you make an immediate left you heard straight towards the basement stairs.
The bumps, and knocks are great but it’s the black mist or the possible mist or whatever it is that truly gets us going.
Also to note that the reading room lights were still on as we could not find the light switch. Two minutes after this footage the lights went off.
We can’t reasonably debunk the footage.
