Personally, for me, I'm religious. I know it's hard to understand where I might be coming from, but I find a lot of the answers to these questions while reading my Bible. It's helped lead me out of a deep depression and eating disorder. I try to live every day knowing that everyone is deserving of love, so I try to give it to them ❤️
I’ve been experiencing this for awhile. I need to make some decisions for my future. but with my mental state right now I’m just staying dormant and time is just moving so quickly. I don't usually get to talk philosophical and be completely, brutally honest as I could be answering this on my head, as I tend to be a little too people pleasing in trying to say what I think people want to hear rather than what i actually think. Sometimes I get into severely low moods but I feel helping others alleviate that feeling. I still don’t know what my happiness is since I feel my life is just a repeated cycle but I’m trying to incorporate new things. Even if I’m years late, I feel content that I’m not rushing.

This is really helpful to me. So I screwed up a test that means a lot to me, I really like the course and put a lot of effort in it. I thought I would feel worse but this “shit happens” theory actually works and I’m feeling ok now. Your audios really make my life easier and more colorful. Lots of love❤

"is "life goes on" your answer to everything?" yes, and "it is what it is". if it can't be changed just enjoy the most of it. things don't need to be extravagant or fancy to be enjoyed. joy can also be found in the simple things in life no matter how stupid or silly it sounds. I woke up breathing with my nose, that's a good thing. you can celebrate it if you want but it doesn't matter. celebrated or not celebrated, it's just good. things are just goo ig? and as a melancholy type of person, I weirdly also find joy in being sad. it's just good. it feels good and alive. life isn't the best or the easiest but it is what it is. the simple joy of just existing to be able to have the chance to experience amazing things whether it happens or not. personally, I don't see myself as an optimist but more of a realist who chooses to look at the good so idealist??? maybe?? idk ._. They don’t have to be celebrated or even particularly appreciated but it’s good to recognize them whenever they pop up. And oh my goodness, I’ve also got the melancholy bug. I love the feeling of it so much but it’s so difficult to describe. It’s half the reason I like rain and sad music. It just feels comfortable and a bit romantic in a way. Contrasts against the good of life so well. I have to actively pull myself away from it sometimes because it can seriously bring me down. Be careful it doesn’t do the same to you! And be gentle too. As an avid procrastinator, I know how tough it is to fight to get stuff done but I know you’ve got it in you! Small goals and everyday victories, you can do this! This is really helpful to me. So I screwed up a test that means a lot to me, I really like the course and put a lot of effort in it. I thought I would feel worse but this “shit happens” theory actually works and I’m feeling ok now. Your audios really make my life easier and more colorful. Lots of love❤

and as a melancholy type of person, I weirdly also find joy in being sad. it's just good. it feels good and alive. life isn't the best or the easiest but it is what it is. the simple joy of just existing to be able to have the chance to experience amazing things whether it happens or not.

And oh my goodness, I’ve also got the melancholy bug. I love the feeling of it so much but it’s so difficult to describe. It’s half the reason I like rain and sad music. It just feels comfortable and a bit romantic in a way. Contrasts against the good of life so well. I have to actively pull myself away from it sometimes because it can seriously bring me down. Be careful it doesn’t do the same to you! And be gentle too. As an avid procrastinator, I know how tough it is to fight to get stuff done but I know you’ve got it in you! Small goals and everyday victories, you can do this!

I am a typical ENFP(what‘s your mbti by the way?), I love to look for small happiness like spotting a star on my way home or listening to the sound of ice tea being stirred. I am obsessed with how different languages captures these delicate feelings：volta in Greek,sillage in French, hygge in Danish and 清欢 in Chinese…I know life isn’t always rainbows and sunshine but to me, the meaning of life lies in these beautiful things that give you the courage to bear the meaninglessness of life.
I agree with the words “life goes on” in your audio. To me life is a meaningless journey that you are destined to go on alone, where you keep running, away from old people&things and to new ones without a choice. So before they flare and fade forever, I would love to cherish all the beauty in my life and search for my own answer to the question of my life’s meaning.
