Crazy that in a podcast after this interview, Hendry mentioned this interview and how unlikely CVV believed Hendry was done with WWE. Because after this interview he flew to Florida for the NXT taping.

I think he did an interview with Busted Open Radio right after his NXT debut, where he said that he had two flights booked, one to Scotland and one to Orlando. He got the call to go to Orlando and after the interview, went to NXT

With how much I loved it back in the day and how much it goes forgotten and unspoken, hearing Joe Hendry talking so highly about WCPW makes me so happy it's unreal
I learned of Joe Hendry through his entrance song popping up all over my ‘For You’ page on TikTok and like many of us, I was completely in on it and loved it. After watching this interview, I am a huge fan of the person now and want nothing more than for Joe to reach the pinnacle of this business. You can tell that he is very humble and has a HUGE respect for the business and guys like him need to reap the rewards of his talents. You have a true fan in me for life now Joe Hendry.

I watch this channel because CVV is a heck of an interviewer and it's good to learn the habits of successful people. After this one, I believe in Joe Hendry but more importantly I believe in myself. I know this was done before Joe Hendry appeared at NXT which is interesting. Joe Hendry was already scheduled to be in NXT at this time. At 1:00:17 he is basically teasing his WWE appearance. Like he already knows he has a foot inside WWE, and therefore he believes he will interact with John Cena and The Rock in some way at some point. I think Joe really wanted to share that he was to appear at NXT but of course he couldn't tell Chris 😃
