He says he'd NEVER use such a thing in game, but then he comes off his worst season, 2019, to magically increase his spin rate and pitch the best 73 innings of his career. 73 innings was the extent of his COVID shortened 2020 season when he won the Cy Young. In a full season a Cy Young winning pitcher usually throws well over 200 innings. Prior to that year he was a good to average starter. Then he cheated, dominated, and the Dodgers wanted that. Here's $34 - 40m a year! More than doubled his annual salary. Would've loved to hear is version of that. Love ya, Theo 🤘🏻
