  • Today, I have prepared an egg stew, highly recommended for those who are trying to avoid meat or just pure egg lovers.
    It is a very simple recipe and also a pretty inexpensive dish to make.
    You can serve it with many side dishes, such as rice, noodles, egg barley, or even with bulgur.
    Boil the eggs for at least 10-12 minutes and then keep them in ice-cold water for a few minutes before peeling.

    Ingredients:
    7-8 eggs
    3 onions
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tablespoons tomato puree
    2 tablespoons chopped sweet pepper
    1 tablespoon duck fat or your favorite oil
    salt
    crushed pepper
    sweet red paprika
    ground caraway
    marjoram
    nutmeg
    3-4 dl (~ 1 1/2 cup) water or stock
