All those drink containers found, remind me of a new construction build years ago. Pulled containers out of the front yard for the longest time, while landscaping. (Thought house was built on a landfill; during the *pre cash-redemption, recycling adoption / popularity times).* 😳

Im surprised that wood in the floor didnt rott, especially that plywood, It was under the overhang but I still would have thought driving rain would have gotten back there.
Same here. I assumed the cabinets would have had tons of mold and would be falling apart. All the wood was still good.

Strange; Most profitable content creator utilize discount codes and affiliate links rather than carrying an entire inventory as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) which to me appears to be some pretty slim margins. I imagine most of the inventory you carry are items you admire which leads me to think... bro, are you a complete hoarder ?!
I digress.
If you still have your Series 7 license and the necessary 6's -- why not start up a REIT to fund the properties you want, and payout the HOA fees to investors, as dividends. Maybe even add an annual 2% management fee! This appears to me a most lucrative investment for many of your loyal fans.
Would love to hear matt address this comment in a wash and talk or live podcast. I love a good matty rant :)
