  • Who created God? - Rabbi Zamir Cohen Shalita
The believers in monotheistic religions, such as Judaism, Christianity and Islam, believe that God (or God in different names and understandings in each religion) is the supreme power that created the universe and all the creatures that exist in it. The religious belief reflects the concept that God is the first and supreme source of creation, and that he has the ability to create and control the world and its natural processes.
Judaism believes that God is the Lord Jehovah, the only and true God. Christianity believes that God is our Father in Heaven, and Islam believes that Allah is the only and monotheistic God.
Despite the common belief that God is the creator and maker of the universe, there are detailed details and different understandings between the religions on this issue, such as the sacrifice or removal of God from the physical world, the belief in the creation of the world in marine or modern concepts, and the human role in creation and divine rule.
