Completely agree!!! He spun a lot artist under her camp. Timbaland, Ginuwine, Missy Elliott etc. He was definitely instrumental is helping create the new jack sound of music from the 90s.

Jodeci really don’t have a lead singer. They literally are the definition of a true group everybody has strengths.
KCI and Jojo are the lead for singing and Devante and Mr. Dalvin sing background and does the producing and writing.
One of their best songs, in my opinion. It is a classic slow R&B song for that special person.

I bought this on vinyl aged 15 in the day it was released. I was already a massive fan from their first album. I was mind blown by the intro! The rest of the album was pretty good too 😉

They are also brothers by the way 🙂Devante was the big producer behind Jodeci. One of best R&B 90s producers in my opinion. With this 2nd album "Diary of a madband" they really confirmed their status of one best R&B groups of that era! Jodeci was the bomb!!

K-Ci, to the right is the lead. His brother, JoJo sometimes leads, too. JoJo is in the back 2nd from left. The other two are also brothers, Mr. Dalvin and DeVante. DeVantea writes, produces, arranges their songs and he also plays the piano. Jodeci is my all time favorite R&B group.

Yes indeed. I think I was 13 when this album came out & this song stays on repeat in my car daily. Loved it then & love it now. It's timeless. Everytime I hear it its like the first time. I saw them in concert last summer. Jodeci fan for life❤

A while ago Anthony Hamilton said he was cousins with K-CI and JoJo as well. That's a singing family. They all need to get together and hit the studio.

Jodeci is a group made up of 2 brothers. The 2 lead singers are k-ci with the white hat and JoJo with the other hat on and they are brothers. The 2 with the shirts off are brothers as well. the one in front with no shirt is devante and produced and did all the music and wrote all their songs. The other with no shirt to the left is Mr. Dalvin and he is devante’s brother. The singer Dave Hollister who was the original lead singer for the group BlackStreet before he went solo and Fantasia Barrino who won American Idol are k-ci and JoJo’s first cousins
