Multiple pregnancies and births can, sometimes it just happens when the organ falls off its natural shelf. All organs have a natural internal shelf with tissue attachments that hold things in place. Most of the time this happens from giving birth, usually multiple births close together drive the risk factor higher for prolapse.
@Summer Lucio I'm sure you've already have been doing your own research by now on your question. But from my own research number 1 reason is menopausal 2. weak pelvic floor muscles usually from giving birth and having a bad OBGYN who just pushes and pulls your baby out so that he can get to bed before the next baby needs to be born, or your baby could be a bit too large for your frame work. This will tear things like the ligaments and tendons. Through time it just tends to collapse. Kegals can help but if you have so many issues going on at one time I don't think Kegals will help strengthen the whole pelvic floor. Just think of walking with a brown bag of groceries with out the stress of rain added to the mix the bag after so much walking from the store to the house more than likely the bag will bust loose no matter how hard you tried to hold on to it. it's basically like that. Nothing that you did personally wrong it's just something that happens to women. This can happen to younger women too. So just keep an eye out for a bulge in your vagina walls.(When taking a shower as you're washing the area do a finger physical exam feel quickly if you're feeling any bulging) If you feel a bulge you would need to go to your gynecologist. ( or Urogynecologist that's for if it's your bladder falling out the vagina or trying to a regular surgeon wont touch it or shouldn't.)
I think I have it too! I can see my cervix! It's not outside my body but I can see it! I 've had this for such a long time I thought it was normal but today, I tried a menstrual cup and it was painful and I looked up the anatomy of a vagina and noticed that my cervix should not be at the entrance lol. I've also never had kids and sex was always soo painful. I think mine is caused by my bad posture and sitting too much.
@@vimeunpark1133 yeah i know. :( I'm so sorry to hear that. Do you have any idea as to what the cause of yours is? i used to exercise kinda frequently so i wasn't inactive that much but i always had bad posture. for that past year I've been stretching like to do splits and I can see that my body is recovering from being in a really bad posture. So I'm gonna see if I keep stretching, if that will solve the problem and sort of put my organs back to where they should be. it is sad, but i have a feeling there is a solution. If yours is totally prolapsed, i would see a doctor for sure.
She is so beautiful, thank God she is doing much better. She has such a wonderful vibe around her, she is so humble.

Studies have shown it could be hereditary too
