Already not playing this game for 4 years, but still enjoy watching pro scene match and knowing little bit about new patch. I remember when we can destroy the fontain in Dota 1 hahah bring back memories play with ur friend when u still in middle schooler and now already have wife and little baby heheh.

the TI8 &TI9 OG lineup is just a match made in heaven...they just work well together. The synergy between them is just wonderful to watch.
They will forever be that group of players every other team wants to be.

Dota 2 peaked in TI8 & TI9. Those 5 were the Dream team...never again will we get to enjoy their level of taunting and chat wheel spamming. 😅
When he returned you can see immediately he was just not the same anymore. In my previous job, i had the feeling of having to drag myself to work everyday- I saw it in his face too. No more fire/spark in his eyes.

Not just his positioning and timing. His clutch decision making skills is just unreal. So far, I haven't seen a carry player near Ana's level in his prime. Not even Sumail sorry to say.

@@johnnybuang6122 disagree. Jerax has been in the pro scene with MVP phoenix and is more than well known for his time with Liquid with his Earth Spirit. Ana is a sub for team IG even though he is less popular than Jerax at the time. Everyone know they are destined to be in the pro scene, people just don't expect them to win 2 TI.
It's like ana always carries a Solemn Judgement card with him at all times and uses it every time his opponents try to run towards their fountain.

the OG og5 Topson Jerax Ana Ceb NoTail will probably be remember forever as the legendary team in Dota2. The first team to win 2 TI, the first to win 2 TI back-to-back, a legendary TI8 and the story of the friendship then moving to TI9 dominating every team and winning it.

I think it's safe to say that the IO position 1 pick revolutionized how DOTA is played. This opened the idea where some heroes can be played in any positions.
Man he could play techies HC and he would won he dont do nothing topsona and ceb dominantes his Lane so hard ana just farm till minute 28 with io and thether and use 3skill thats not Carry a Game topson with his bb alone can Carry the game in ti9
@@walterpalacios2891 that was by design. Io 1 isn't winning his lane or doing anything useful until his (at the time) lvl 15 talent and aghs, which he usually hit at the same time. It's also why they gave him tomes.
@@zai.90 That's true. That's the reason why every time they pick IO 1, they always lag behind in gold in the first 15-20 minutes. The way IO is farming then, along with the hero picks for the other 4 are also crucial in pulling this off. Team Secret tried it and won once, but also lost a game during the TI.
For me its when Meepo support... For a really selfish hero, n0tail played him as a support for naix. But its works
I forgot which match (and somehow cant find it), their enemy Anti Mage just explode from Meepo and Naix bomb

Dang I just came back to Dota2 after 5 years and the fountain hurt so much :/, it costed me some games where I dived fountain and got team wiped.
It basically become Ursa with a ridiculous attack speed that they already got.

OG TI8 roster was kind of a surprise when they won, but TI9 was an absolute beast of a roster. No other team in the planet had a chance against it. They looked like they were having fun and playing pubs in every single match.

Yeah, I definitely agree with that. Undeniable fact. The only team won 2 TI's and 2 major. Winning 2 major is quite achievable because in 1 year, dota have many major tournament but if we're talking about winning 2 TI's that's quite impossible.

I had a game about a week ago where they literally sat in the fountain for 40 minutes. They hadn't gotten a rax yet so the game wouldn't end. They need to buff the fountain or add an option to call gg in pubs.

Haha what? Actually topson needs to play like topson. SumaiL is doing his best and we all can witness his top notch performance in TI and in Qualifier. Ana was good and now he is gone but Topson not really feeling himself also there is a big draft issue in games. For me Sumail is as aggressive as anyone and he is the best!

@@KhyyamK yeah sumail also aggressive like ana but the thing is when they need the carry for teamfight, most of the time ana have big impact while sumail is not. And ceb performed poor in ti10 . same with saksa he perform well but og missing jerax good rotation and initiation "just watch some perspectives of jerax in ti9 and saksa previous tournam3nt with og" you can see how jerax play well with his call/initiation. Chemistry wise old og > new og because the old og have spent more time to build their chemistry.

He played like a champion on big stage, Notail and co they all know how good Sumail is, its just about performing like as you said, Ceb didnt perform well and if you ask me genuinely, Topson also didnt played his best. OG is still the best team and they can surely make their way to get trophies, they just gotta work together and get to know each other.
