This will probably be my favorite pro match. After watching Navi come from behind to win and bring the series to 1-1, watching this was the most intense game to behold. Tongfu was going to win that game if they didn't fountain hook, and the fact that it took so much coordination to do yet they still did it is what makes this game so memorable. To think that Newbee may have won two years in a row is crazy, but it was stopped by incredible positioning and timing.
It's so typical of people to talk about in game bug to be cheating... but if the tournament allows it, it's fair game. Tongfu had the choice of banning or even using that strategy for themselves, that's why we have Captain Mode. It's interesting to see so many people whine about things like this. Calling them terrible players when in fact they can out play you any way they like. Thats why they get paid more than you playing video games all day long.
This is what I call eSports, team work, trust, training hard, instant solving problems and creativity! Both team are the best ! This is one of the best legendary game I have seen, I have watched again and again so impressed

Afrizal Azizy They removed this because too many people complained about it. In an interview someone from valve said it was no bug, its a mechanic that should be in the game. And it isnt "overpowered" because it has a really high risk. If you miss the hook pudge gets sent to base without doing anything in the next teamfight.
Ghost1170 after this I had a few games where people tried that and failed horribly. 90% of the time they fucked up the timing and then it was a 5v4 situation.

Cheeetar fnatic's boost was indeed a bug and noone knew it... fnatic found it and instead of reporting it they chose to keep it up their sleves and use it in the finals.. while Navi's trick was well know for many many years even back in dota1, and valve also knew about it and they chose to do nothing about it...valve clearly said that the tricks in the game are avalaible to all and they are not illegal and thats the reason navi were not banned from the tournament like fnatic in cs:go... completly different tricks actually ... the world knew about the fountain hooks.. they were just excited to see them working in TI3 proffesional matches so well. On the other hand when fnatic used their boost everybody were just watching with their mouths open like " wtf is this shit?"
I still think they should bring this back (atleast at the professional level). If a team wants to imply a strategy with high risk/high reward... why not? Na'Vi arguably were on the verge of losing this match up to the half way point because this strategy wasn't working. When they managed to execute it, it was probably one of the most exciting plays of the whole tournament 2013 (Even the commentators had their doubts). On another note, it also effects the way a team will draft. Regarding pubs. If you can execute this play, I don't think anyone will complain. If they can't I'm sure the suffering team will rage and report lol.
Dendi not a cheater, but he's just understanding a GAME with some damage in GAME dota, so it wasn't his fault, but the damage that has not been remedied by Valve that time.

Look into the International Archives of TI6 and you'll see that even TongFu admitted that they weren't prepared for that strat, and Loda went salty mode in the player's conference hall.
man the quality of dota players has improves so much. I would be flamed with that amount of cs in 40 minutes of a game in legend bracket these days. And these guys were pros in a 46 minute game with highest cs being 289
