Garima, Thanks for your comments. You delete your folder which you have made because it permits free upto 300 mb only. Pls try.

Click on edit and then preferences. In preferences you will get Word Processor. Click on Word Processor then click Add Word Add on. Please try. Otherwise reinstall the Zotero.
