You're absolutely right. A lot of the time the fatigue is just due to lack of action. I shovel snow as a job right now and I'm not as tired as I was when I was unemployed. Not that I love the job, but I can see how it helps my mind and body. Hanging out making no progress all day drains your lifeforce.

    Great ideas Vladimir.
Yesssss! If you're overwhelmed with 'too much stuff' to do in a day, start small: a small success will buoy you up and give you the energy to do much more :) It works.....

‘What is this life, if full of care
We have no time to stand and stare?’
Yes, get moving and do stuff but make sure you take time out for your well being…

I used to have a “cushy” work-from-home job that stressed me the hell out.
I remember finishing work, getting out of my chair, and immediately going to bed because I was just so exhausted-despite the fact that all I’d done was sit in a chair all day.
Since then, I’ve quit that job. Now, I wake up and walk 5 km in the morning, then another 5 km in the late afternoon. I have more energy than I ever have.
It really is all in your head- though, mental issues can cause physical symptoms. I used to wake up and vomit from work stress as well. Life is complex, but moving helps a lot. Especially helps the mental side of it.

I love your channel. Your attitude is contagious. I feel a sense of well-being to hear you talk about being grateful for your job, getting social interactions, being in nature, and being active etc. These things are important and they’re worth emphasizing.

I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue I can’t keep going because it causes me to have bad crashes!
I wish I could keep going but I feel like I have the flu/global body pain for 20 years and been run over by a truck and thrown down a mountain!
I am a early retired nurse I had to give up my career- because I never rested enough!
    Keep going with your videos
Death is not what you think, there is no need to rest/sleep in other Dimensions!
You have another life after you die!
You’ll find out the truth soon!
We have been lied too !

Alcohol, smoking etc is the problem for many people - recovering from the night before, or from three nights before (as you get older). Since Ive stopped all that - Im on fire! And to the point - your sleep improves massively. So stop killing yourself and your time :) lets go!

I’m going to try the toe movement in the morning. I’m not a morning person and I always feel disappointed in myself when I get up later than I planned to.
I think constructive rest has its place. We can choose meditation instead of scrolling on the phone or laying on the settee watching tv. I think it’s important to have a balance between doing and being

I completely screwed up my semester for college and now have to take an extra year to start my journey into my career path, it sucks, all my other peers will already be able to apply to the program except me, i got left behind, lately I've been doing a whole lot of nothing, just on the bed watching videos to get this failure of mine out my head (its not working), i barely have energy to do anything anymore, no motivation to do hobbies, or study, ive been swallowed up by despair and i just cant get myself out.

Don't be afraid to seek help. Depression can set in very easily when you lose motivation after a perceived error. You have another year and maybe the job of your dreams will only be available in a year.

While you are waiting for the next year, here's what you can do for free when you wake up tomorrow:
      1. get to the closest park and walk/run through all its paths, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth to get more Nitric Oxide and brain performance
      2. when you finish that, go to the next nearby park and repeat
      3. your mind & body will be in a better shape by the time you deplete all your nearby parks, so get to know your local communities and volunteer for activities you'd enjoy doing
      4. by the time you get to college, you'll have a physical, psychological and social advantage over all of your peers and you will be able to help them better when they eventually fail

It sounds like you’ve got a lot going on - wife with young child, demanding job, uni, this channel. Do you get to spend much time alone with your thoughts, without any distractions?
I ask because I also like keeping busy. I was dating someone and she was at my place, just relaxing, while I was doing one thing after another. She asked me why I’m moving around so much. It really made me think and I realised I have a productivity addiction.

I will confess being consistent is hard for me cause all i want to do is be lazy and play video games 🎮 but i have to keep pushing myself.
Trying to make the gym 🏋️‍♂️ a daily habit while studying to get my A.S. degree.
I'm trying but there are days were the motivation wear out.😪

It's weird but I do the toe thing too. 😊 It's like if you can get the extremities of your body to feel awake, the rest follows.

I started to move my toes in bed before sleep or before getting up after I read that Nikola Tesla squished his toes 100 times before bed every night to stimulate his brain cells. He also thought that was in part the secret to his longevity. And he walked a lot, and thinking and creating new ideas and inventions while walking. And he worked 20 hours a day, and slept only 3-4 hours. Of course he was unique and he was genius. But why not to try to be like a genius?!

2:58 yes! Even grandparents get more alive and active when their grandchildren pull them to play, literally gaining health by doing it. Your child will remember years later that you preferred playing with him over watching news, movies or whatever form of self-entertainment 🚸
